In-person training – Computer or notebook with internet access required.

Salary: R$1,412.00
Working Hours: 15:40 to 22:00
Working Hours: 180 hours per month | 6x1 shift with Saturday or Sunday off.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:
The operator will need to identify the customer's need and provide a practical and objective solution, in accordance with the product and/or service procedure;
In each service provided, you can deal with different types of situations indicated by the client;
Will use systems to record and apply service;
Active Operation; sometimes it acts as a hybrid (active and receptive).
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have a Voter Registration Card;
Have a Military/Reservist Certificate (Male only);
Academic background: Completed High School – A higher education degree in progress or completed will be an advantage (school transcript, certificate or certificate of completion);
Professional Experience: We hire people without professional experience, but it will be a differential to have experience in sales, customer retention, as a salesperson in stores, door to door, supermarkets, shopping malls, retail, department stores, telephone service, telemarketing, customer service, sales consultant, sales executive, active sales service, experience in Call center, SAC, Ombudsman, BackOffice, Technical Support;
Courses: Candidates with courses focused on negotiation, argumentation, public speaking, surveys, customer service, telemarketing communication techniques, Word, Excel, typing, office package will be an advantage;
Basic knowledge of computers and typing;
Verbal fluency and power of persuasion;
Empathy and good communication;
Analytical and problem-solving profile;
Be persuasive and resilient;
Have flexible hours
Preferably live close to or have easy access to the Santo André Unit.
It is mandatory to reside in Santo André or nearby to take the 100% in-person training.
