What will my day-to-day life be like?
Voice Reception Service with Sales;
Serve customers, identifying their problems with products and services and offering direct and coherent solutions to win them over.
Responsibilities and duties:
Provide service to stores and establishments;
Answer questions related to finance, technical issues, procedures and the like;
Offer financial services that suit the routine or reality of the client you are serving (Cross-selling);
Offer humanized service, that is, focused on the feelings of customers (understanding the reasons and consequences that a failure on our part can have on the life of the establishment);
Carry out other activities inherent to the customer service function.
Requirements and qualifications:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have at least completed high school;
Basic computer and typing skills;
Good communication;
Having already provided service with card machines will be a differentiator (it does not eliminate you);
Preferably live near São Bento.

R$ 1,412.00 + variable according to the achievement of operational indicator targets

180h per month | 5×2 schedule – Saturdays and Sundays off
