Our customer service will be via voice Receptive service, with the aim of identifying the customer's needs, clarifying doubts, carrying out sales and system procedures regarding products and/or services.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Salary: R$ 1,412.00 + Bonus based on achievement of goals
Working Hours: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
Working Hours: 180h per month | 6×1 shift with variable time off
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS:
The Specialist will need to identify the client's need and provide a practical and objective solution, in accordance with the product and/or service procedure;
Sales of products and services;
In each service provided, you can deal with different types of situations indicated by the client;
Specific technical tasks: Call Center Service, sales reception to offer voice or data telephony services or products, working with service packages for residential or mobile telephone lines, data packages, broadband and fiber services;
You will use systems to record and apply services.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have a Military/Reservist Certificate (Male only);
Academic background: Completed high school. Higher education in progress or completed will be an advantage;
Good verbal fluency and power of persuasion;
Negotiation/argumentation skills;
Having experience in sales is a plus, but the opportunity is also available to candidates looking for their first job;
Basic knowledge of computers and typing;
Have easy access to the Atento Unit in São José dos Campos.
