We are looking for a Salesperson to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Offer excellent customer service, understanding their needs and presenting the best solutions in high-end furniture.
Carry out effective negotiations, aiming to close sales and build customer loyalty through in-person and online services.
Present products clearly and objectively, highlighting their differences and benefits.
Develop strategies to identify and acquire new customers, expanding the company's customer portfolio.
Monitor the entire sales process, from negotiation to product delivery.
After-sales support ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Completed high school.
Sales experience, preferably in the furniture segment.
Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
Ease of working with goals and performance indicators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationships.
Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
