About the Company:
We are a leading company in the consortium sales segment, with years of experience in the market and a solid commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our sales team.

Responsibilities:
Act in prospecting new clients and maintaining the existing portfolio.
Present and explain the available consortium products, clarifying doubts and highlighting the benefits.
Hold meetings and visits to potential clients, maintaining a close and personalized relationship.
Prepare commercial proposals and monitor sales closing.
Meet established sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Participate in training and promotional events to update on products and the market.

Requirements:
Previous sales experience, preferably in the consortium or financial segment.
Effective negotiation and communication skills.
Proactivity and focus on results.
Completed high school; higher education will be an advantage.
Knowledge of CRM tools and Office package.

We offer:
Progressive commissions of 5%, 10% and 15% (under commission value) + Fixed salary (from the 2nd month) Between 3,500 and 10,000
