Vacancy: Internal Salesperson – New Branch in Passo Fundo

Company Description:
We are in the process of expanding with a new branch in Passo Fundo and we are looking for dynamic and committed professionals to join our sales team.

Mission of the Position:
Contribute to sales growth and strengthen relationships with our customers, ensuring an excellent experience.

Main Activities:

Customer Prospecting: Identify and approach new potential customers.
Portfolio Management: Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, seeking new business opportunities.
Service and Negotiation: Provide face-to-face and telephone service, offering solutions that meet customer needs.
Proposal Preparation: Create attractive commercial proposals aligned with customer expectations.
Sales Process Management: Control the sales cycle in the system, tracking orders from negotiation to delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the commercial area, especially in telephone and face-to-face sales.
Completed high school or currently studying higher education in Administration or related areas.
Knowledge of truck parts sales will be considered a differential.

Remuneration:

Salary between 2,000.00 and 3,000.00 (depending on experience), plus attractive commissions.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.
