Technical Salesperson

Electro-analytical equipment company seeks external salesperson (technician)

1. Customer Prospecting: Seeking new business and winning customers, focusing on companies or professionals who can benefit from the products or services offered.
2. Technical Presentation of Products: Explain, demonstrate and sell products or services in a detailed and technical manner, in order to meet the customer's needs.
3. Customer Visits: Carry out external visits, whether for prospecting, portfolio maintenance or after-sales, in order to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Preparation of Proposals: Create and present commercial proposals, aligned with the client's demands and focused on the company's profitability.
5. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations on prices, terms and commercial conditions, always seeking to close the sale.
6. Post-Sales Monitoring: Ensure customer monitoring after the sale, solving problems and maintaining the relationship, to build loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
7. Training and Technical Updates: Participate in training and stay up to date on products, services and market innovations in order to transmit the best technical knowledge to customers.
8. Reporting and Feedback: Provides reports on sales results, activities and customer feedback for team supervision or management.

Receives variable remuneration, paid based on his/her remuneration, which can reach 200% per month

Technical education in Chemistry (mandatory) – Higher education in Commercial Management, Process Management, Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Food Engineering (ongoing or completed)

Ease of negotiation, communication, argumentation and persuasion.
Experience: Previous experience in external sales, preferably in the technical sector.
Ability to manage one's own time and visit schedule, as well as deal with multiple tasks and simultaneous demands.
Ability to build and maintain good business relationships with customers.
Seek new opportunities and take the initiative to go after new clients.
In-depth knowledge of the products or services sold, with the ability to translate technical aspects to the client in a clear and objective manner.
Skills with CRM tools and Office suite; knowledge of marketing and sales techniques.

Remote work 100%, where the salesperson is expected to spend 4 days outside (making visits and prospecting) and 1 day in the home office for alignment meetings, organizing the agenda and other administrative routines that are possible.
