Online Salesperson (TEMPORARY)
You will be responsible for working in fashion retail, serving customers digitally, promoting products and ensuring a personalized and satisfactory shopping experience. Ideal for those who have a passion for fashion, communication skills and a focus on results.
Main Activities:
• Serve customers via digital channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, etc.) quickly and efficiently.
• Present and describe products, highlighting their differences and benefits.
• Manage orders, from receipt to delivery tracking.
• Answer questions and solve problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work with technology tools such as Vtex and CRMAgenda.
• Record sales information and customer feedback for analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Main Requirements:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion retail or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of digital sales platforms and social networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Skills in negotiation and customer service.
• Proactivity, organization and focus on results.
• Notions of fashion and style to offer personalized service.
